Office 2007 & Expressions Web reinstalling problem

Ok so here at work we use office 2007 and Expressions Web and on computers that have been set as power users they will both re-install once the program is launched. We are using a linux PDC just so you know. Anyone come across this before and found a resolution to it. This happens on computers with a fresh install of XP and it doesnt happen in Admin accounts but the users cant have admin access so thats out of the question. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

    It sounds like a profile issue to me. Perhaps if you create an admin account, install Office 2007 & Expressions Web under that, then merge the profile into the All Users profile would resolve the problem? Or merge it into the Default User and then recreate their profile?
