I bought the Sybex book (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/078214408X) a while back as I planned on taking this one. I haven't cracked it yet though so I can't say for sure how good it is against the content on the exam but it is listed on CompTIA's website as one of the prep materials (there are only 3 books listed).

It got pretty good reviews on Amazon too, so hopefully thats enough. I know CBT Nuggets has a video ILT course on the topic as well.

Thanks for your reply does look good.

I have picked up a few books from the local bookshop on project managing which have also been useful. Ones the Brillant guide which is very handy and gives a great insight into the field.
