PC transplant or Files and settings transfer wizard(FAST)?
I use PCT quite often, but sometimes it doesn't transfer everything and I find myself missing files. Rarely use FAST, though I know it's there. or is there a much better tool that I could use which would transfer everything(data and settings) more reliably?
[edit]Oh, while I'm at it...what about USMT? I never really used it...but would it be just as useful? I'm looking for alternate methods of data migration and would like a tool that transfers profiles and settings quickly. I use PCT, but it takes 1-2 hours to complete when a lot of data is involved and I don't have much time.

macdude Member Posts: 173Dude, I like FAST and Roaming Profiles. If the Profiles are set up right and you have my docs redirected to the server theres really not much data to move. Now if your not running exchange, I would put there My Documents so they have it on the server and it is backed up on a regular basis.

I may experiment with FAST on monday.Present goals: MCAS, MCSA, 70-680
