Will finish the first disc of sec+ cbt nug's tonight, book will arrive tommorrow or the next day, I need to finish this within the next three weeks as I expect to be going to a new job, and my schedule will change, don't want to take off work early at a new position, but really want to finish this before diving into something new because this is my last exam to MCSE.

What are my odds of success? and tips?

If you're doing this in three weeks you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure you're familiar with all of the objectives and go over the tech notes here. I'm sure cbt will be very helpful as well. It's a difficult exam but it is doable.

    stay focused,

make notes from the cbts and review them in short 10 minute intervals throughout the day (i.e. just before work, on breaks and lunch breaks).

For me anything that doesn't stick I make into a flash card and go over it till I can spit it back out.

Anyway you will be fine, just press on, study hard and let us know when you passed.
