IIS 6.0 IP Header Leak

I am wondering if anyone knows how to verify if IIS is leaking internal IP information in the HTTP header on a server running SSL. On a server not running SSL you can telnet into port 80 and see this information, but telnet cannot negotiate the security of SSL, and I haven't been able to verify this on one of my servers.

You can download a Windows based telnet client with ssl support here:
