Passed Net+
LarryDaMan
I have been lurking here for a few weeks and I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the helpful posts.
I passed Net+ with a 744 today which I know is not great, but I was satisfied with the score.
No suprises on my test, just the objectives. Know your cables, protocols, and how to interconnect between all of the different Clients and NOSs.
I used:
TechNotes (awesome free resource!)
Exam Cram 2
Mike Meyer's LearnKey videos
Practice tests
I am on to Security+ next and then CISSP around the middle of October. I didn't orginally target Security+, but most of the Sec+ topics are covered on CISSP, so I figured I will get Security+ on my way to CISSP. CISSP will be the BIG one for me...
I already have some study materials purchased. Thanks again.
Larry

744 is a great score-- I'd certainly be happy with that!!
Like you rightly say, learn the objectives and you should be well away
Congratulations

Congrats!
Good luck with Security+!
Another good free resource is cramsession. They are similar to the technotes here. I always try to read them both, as there are some details in one that the other doesn't cover. Look for the 'free study guide' link.
