Outbound IVR system

So I just got put in charge of building an Outbound IPCC System..SWEET.. I have build small inbound one's before but never an outbound one... Not really sure where to go?? I need to read on all the SRND's for IPCC so that I can figure out how exactly I am going to build it... Any one have any comments on building at Outbound IPCC system??

Well in case any one read my first post on this... I wouldn't do it... ( it will cost way to much in labor and time.. There are cheaper alternatives to use rather then buying the Enterprise level IPCC for just outbound calling..) Just after my research I found that it wasn't worth the time and money needed to build the system. (would have been fun though)
