If its not in the objectives then its definately not on the test. Your Network+ exam would cover the osi model though.CompTIA A+ Nov 25, 1997

It does touch the OSI model, I remember it asked me two questions on it. But they were really basic questions, nothing like Network+. Just know how to recognize the right layers and really basic things like what layer does a nic work on.
