    You should browse www.comptia.org ! Start there and all of your basic questions about these exams will be answered, and then come here for the questions that you can't find answers to. If you don't want to put in 3 minutes to find out the basic details of the exams, then you might be in trouble when it comes to studying for them. Good Luck!
