I noticed you took them a week apart, were you pretty much studying them both at the same time? or did you cram the 291 in one week? That's impressive either way.

I plan to take 70-622 in a few weeks and than 70-624, I decided to take 622 cause it has few similar topics with 624, especially on deployment, just to make 624 a lil bit easier for me. After these two I plan to go for 648,643,647 to the Enterprise Admin.

I spent some time preparing for both 90 & 91, around month, then I decided to give an extra week for 91 cause it's obviously harder than 90 and a lot of others probably.
