Im going for a job interview this week and need your all your help.
There are two questions that I always get asked by the interviewer and I have trouble with.
First question is what were the actions have you took to troubleshoot and solve a problem and what was the outcome?
Because I dont really have much real life experience I thought I could use the comptia 8 steps for an sample to answer this question. Would this be a bad idea?
1. Establish the symptoms.
2. Identify the affected area.
3. Establish what has changed.
4. Select the most probable cause.
5. Implement the solution.
6. Test the result.
7. Recognize the potential effects of the solution.
8. Document the solution.
Second question What do you define a good job?
