CAT5/110Block wiring

I am aware that punching stranded in a 110 Block is not recommend, but I need the flexibility of stranded cable from my 110 Block to another location. I remember seeing something coupler which had a 110 Block side, and a female RJ45 jack on the other side. Can anyone offer suggestions, or know what I am trying to describe?

Yes something along those lines, thought they had just the jack, so i can use my own cable.
