Fiber training?

My RF engineer and I are managing a very large project involving an oil rig move in Russia. We will be running over 4000 feet of MM and SM fiber, along with networking Cisco 3560Gs, analog telephones, and installing our satellite equipment along with an entertainment center.
Yes, this is a huge job, and no, we won't be alone. We have hired contractors overseas that will be doing most of the work, and we will be overseeing it. We have extensive experience in the above areas, except for one: fiber. Won't be too big a deal, as our contractors have experience, but we will be doing some of the testing, terminating, splicing, etc. so I am looking for inputs from fiber techs as to what was good training for them. So far, I have looked at this course, and I'd appreciate any opinions.

I also saw a course by Corning, but don't know if we need to be that involved. Thanks for any opinions!

Needless to say, we had a Civilian that is overseeing the entire theater of of Iraq for the installation of the fiber network. Since Corning is pretty much the standard for most things fiber (other then 3M when it comes to the ST Hot Melt)
I would look into Corning. -

Thanks for the heads-up. Both BDI and Corning looked like good options, in the end, we are scheduled for a Corning class coming up in 2 weeks.
