Are there any C# certifications?

I see Sun has some Java certs like SCJA, SCJP, SCJD, SCEA, etc.

Yep. MS has developer certs: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/certifications.mspx#TOOLS

You can choose whether you want to take the C# of VB versions of the exams.
