I have Ultimate Vista and No II7 only II6!?????

Hey Vista gurus
do you know why my Vista Ultimate doesnt have IIS7.0 is has II6?
I am pissed. I have a paid version of Vista Ultimate and it has a key code
and is legit! No bogus copy. But is there a certain year that Vista Ulimate cam with
II7 or what? I know a guy who has Vista Premium and has II7.0

thanks dude..I found my IIS7.0 under "InternetInformatioin Services icon"
yeah i have 2 "InternetInformation Services II6" and the "InternetInformation Services icon"
i got confused and upset thinking why don't they call it II7 IIS kind of thing. So I clicked
on the above mentioned and looked in the About section and it reads IIS7.0 and it looks
like II7 just would like my icon to say II7. Think I will change mine to say that and make
me happy hahahahah
