RussS Member Posts: 2,068 ■■■□□□□□□□Don't worry - we have the largest ISP here that does just that to its corporate customers. If you want it open you have to apply for it and fill out a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo
Even worse, they have not foisted their mail off to yahoo - all I can say is crap, yahoo has some of the worst spammers around using their systems It is so danged bad that if you are a corporate and use any other ISP you can not send to their customers unless you jump through hoops to get on their whitelistwww.supercross.com

tiersten Member Posts: 4,505The idea isn't that crazy is it? If you can stop regular users from connecting to SMTP servers apart from their own ISP one then you'll knock out quite a bit of the botnet spam. Obviously this idea requires everybody everywhere to do it which isn't going to happen.
