Alright I'm just really curious if you've applied and got a job at a place that advertised a salary range. ($13-15/hour, $30,000-$40,000)
Do you normally get the lower end of it the $13 or the $30,000 even though you are full qualified?
Because some of these places are like $10-$20... i mean thats a ridiculous gap...

Anyone they should be paying the top end of the scale they're probably already dismissing them as overqualified. Very bottom of the scale is underqualified. If you come in a bit above the median of the scale, you did good.Good luck to all!

If the employer wants someone with a good amount of experience then they will be willing to pay the middle to high end to get the person they want. If they want to get someone with little experience experience that is willing to learn then they will most like pay the low end of the scale.Working on: MCSA 2012 R2
