Should I expect to receive a certificate for MCPD?

Hi folks,

Hope you are all well.

Over the past few months, I've managed to pass a few exams to acheive MCPD status. Should I receive any kind of certificate/documentation through the mail? I've not received anything yet, and just wondered if I should be chasing this up?
