Typical Questions

Hi
Basically, I have a couple of interviews next week and I want to try my best to not screw them up. I've had a couple of previous interviews with no luck. What I'm asking (and this will be useful for other new interviewees) is, what are the typical questions you can expect in a service\help\support desk, type job? and what would you personal answers be?

For example, what would you reply with (for a typical\general support desk role) to the following:

Why do you feel you're good for this job?
What would you bring of good to the company?
Define customer service
What's good customer service?
How would you deal with a difficult individual?
