Cisco DOC website access during Lab Exam
The documentation website has a master index (some of the links work, and some don't). Are we allowed to access the Index during the lab? I'm trying to find ways to make life easier if I have to look up stuff during the exam.

However you shouldnt need the master index, a few runs through the doc cd 12.4 configuration and command references should cover everything - and is at least titled by the technoglogy and protocol, much easier to navigate than the master alone.

If you're having trouble learning the doccd - the best way I learnt to use was instead of googling for things to solve networking problems at work, instead I'd force myself to find what I was looking for in the doccd instead. This is one of the reasons it's included in the lab, to also prove you can look things up from the vendor. -
