Finding a Job

I really didnt think it would be this hard to find a job. I've almost got my Associate's degree (only three more classes) and I've got my A+ cert and I've sent me resume to atleast 40 different job listings and haven't even recieved a chance for an interview yet. Should it really be this hard to find a job? I understand that I don't have any experience but at the same time how am I going to gain experience if no one will give me a chance? It just sucks.. but thanks for listening and I am sure that I'm not the only one with this problem.
