For those who just visit "Off Topic" forum, please read this post I puit on the "Server 2003" forum, I believe it is a very simple thing to do, I will be relaying this info onto someone I work with so I need to be exact on the steps involved or it wont happen as this person is very busy and cannot spare any time to investigate this, hence me finding out how its done.
