Internal og external DOS commands!?

Can anyone tell me which are the all internal and external Dos commands?

I found examples ,few of them in my study books and test on this site,but I think I need a complete list!

Next week I'll sitt on my OS test and I'm entering the "stress area"

Transcender give me scores between 740-860 and on these site about 70-80% so I need more ...Iknow!
