What's the difference between VPS hosting (virtual) vs. shared hosting? Is VPS any better than shared hosting, especially when it comes to hosting multiple MYSQL databases?
I'm getting into webhosting technology and I find shared hosting absolutely useless unless I want to upload a plain HTML page with a few images.
What is your experience with VPS and shared hosting? Would you say shared hosting is more of a scam than a solution
