Comes this news from Sony today
PS3 "Price Cuts"
and I put great emphasis on price cuts , seeming they just doubled the hard disk capacity of the 40GB model to emulate the 80GB. The problem is its lacking a few key features that the current 80GB model has; i.e backwards compatibility

tiersten Member Posts: 4,505I've not found backwards compatibility that essential in my PS3 even though it can do it. If I want to play an old game then I just put it into my PS2. Compatibility is better and its not so damn hot...
