A+ Job Practice/Training in NJ?

I am now studying A+ with goals of obtaining a Comptia Cert..I am using the Mike Meyers all in one A+ Certification Exam Guide Fifth Edition.

How do I go about getting experience while studying for this Cert. I have seen post where this is recommend, so how can I do so without any experience at all..
Also , where in Jersey has a good training facility?
