CALs license supplier in the UK?

I'm looking for a 5cal sbs though can't seem to find a supplier that you can order online, i saw one it says Bios locked by HP, though the server our company uses the HP proliant will that work?

is that the 5cal user license, or the o/s will it be compatible with our proliant server? I guess ill give hp a call tomorrow
