DRAM - SIMM question

I want to upgrade some routers with a new IOS but I have to know how much DRAM and Flash memory the routers have.
With the show version command I can see how much NVRAM and Flash are available but I can't find how much DRAM there is
For 3620 I found some calculations (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps274/products_tech_note09186a0080104555.shtml) but I can't find anything for the other series ...
Hope someone can help
