Do you get the ability to use a calculator in the 640-801 exam.
If so do you get access to a Scientific options.
Will save me plenty of time with some Subnet questions.

There's no calculator access for the exam. The exam center will usually provide you with a dry-erase sheet for working out problems. There's a great deal of subnetting on the exam, I wrote out my subnetting chart and powers of 2 prior to starting.
