There is a J2300 for sale on Ebay...it's up to $610.00 right now. Comes with the latest Junos.

ya thats not a bad deal at all, brand new your looking at much much more for that router with that interface config, 2 to 3 times the asking amount, so 600$ is a good deal.
I looked at the picture on ebay and it does appear to be an older model of the j2300's but in good cosmetic shape. So I would recommend having a look at the logs on the router to determine if there is any hardware issues.
If you collect the following outputs from the router I'll review them and check the quality of the router.
