Never touched Server 2003 before October last year. Got a huge crash course in it on the first weeks of the job. Viruses rampant on the network, Exchange going down all the time, the ISP calling up threatening to cut off our internet access if we don't take care of the spyware that was cracking other people's systems, back-ups that would take nearly 1 day to back-up everything. I was the only IT person as well, for they fired the previous one a while back and had never hired a replacement. I nearly fled back to help desk. Sticking out though got me some of the best experience you can get in damage control and learning AD and Exchange really fast. It really paid off so that's why I didn't have too much difficulty with the 290 and 291.
I know I still have plenty of gaps in my knowledge but I'm working on discovering and filling them. Plus picking up as much new stuff as I can. It's all fun anyhow! Well, except for that 294 material. Yawn!
Go and knock out that MCSE Technowiz, I know you can do it.
