Flash Install as administrator

My co-worker does not have admin access to his computer, but I do have. I want to install flash as an admin on his PC. I know that I can do the shift and click and then run as, but when I go into adobe website I don’t get the option to save the install on the PC. The only option I get is Install or don't install.

Right click the "Agree and Install" button and choose copy link location. Then paste that url in the browser. You should then have the option to save the .exe

You can also apply for a redistributable license (free) and they will provide a link to the .msi file. I used this method for deploying via a GPO.

I got it to save on the desktop. After clicking I see it completed but I don't see the actual flash installing. I don't know why?
