IOS upgrade on 3550

in CCNP
i've just copied th image c3550-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEC.bin using TFTP to my switch and I can see it on there but when I reload the show ver below is still showing the old image? what am I doing wrong?

perfect, that's the first time i've had to do that after loading an image, but that's cool now that switch can do all the same tricks as the other one. That older image didn't even have LACPWhat's another word for Thesaurus? -
