    Like Mishra says, some more information would be useful. This could be a zillion things ranging from IIS settings, .NET settings, system load, system settings etc so anything else you can add to help narrow it down would be nice...

    I hate IIS section cause I have never used it and when you study, there's always a topic you don't like. I'm leaving this section for the end of my preparation and CBT Nuggets explains it very well.
