Does anyone listen to the webcasts/podcasts and do the virtual labs?
I've just started using these for my Exchange studies, and these are great! The virtual labs especially. It looks like you basically get access to a full-blown preconfigured VM where you can do the exercises.

I wish they had more training materials for object-oriented design and not just .NET languages and VS.NET. Let me know if anybody finds anything there on actual software engineering.
