I reasched my 218 through prometric

I resched my 218 to the prometric website.......when i call the new horizon attendant, he said that i can only resched it once....but if i checked it thourgh the prometric website, it is really re sched on july 1,

What do i believe for, my sched on the horizon or my resched on the prometric website????
