Knowledgenet Training

I have used Knowledgenet training for the Cisco exams. I have also used Transcender Pracice Exams. I am preparing for the BCMSN 642-811 and wondering is there any special areas to focus on. So far the practice exams I have seen have alot of Multicasting, CGMP, IGMP, HSRP, VTP, CAT OS and IOS commands, Access, Distribution, Core layer, features and function of different models of Cico switches and routers. I haven't seen much QoS, ARP, protocol feature questions or Mac to IP adressing.

Any tips would be helpful.
