Unity Backup

Hey all--

We have a new VoIP system in and was wondering what I need to backup on the unity server?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

hi,

use the DiRT tool provided on

hxxp://ciscounitytools.com/App_DisasterRecoveryTools.htm

this site has alot of good stuff in regards to unity, most of the tools are TAC approved
but please read up and take care before doing stuff on untity , it is very picky about
how it is handled , also , save yourself some grief and try and always use VNC instead of TS

never user TS with the /console parameter

Thanks so much. But can you tell me what exactly needs to be backed up? I can't imagine the whole os and everything needs to be backed up but if it does that is good to know too.
