Transferring Credits to Microsoft?

Can someone point me in the right direction on how to transfer my CompTIA A+ and Net+ credits to Microsoft so they can be counted towards an elective for MCSA?

I've passed 70-210 and 70-215. I'm looking for a place to transfer them, but I can't find any info. Do I have to pass 70-218 before I can transfer them?
