I don't feel 1000% about this one, due to impending baby arrival I haven't been able to study as much as I would like. Still hoping to pass though, I have done a fair bit of study doing/reading all the student guides, reading quite a few networkers presentations, and reading through the best practice design guides posted by packetlife.
Wish me luck, I think I might need it!

I hope you nail it and it would be interesting to see if your "little" distractions affected you in any major way.
Good luck with the exam and the soon to be released, addition to the family!.I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

liquid6 Member Posts: 77 ■■□□□□□□□□Well I passed, with a score over 970, not too shabby. I think I was unsure about 5 questions on the exam, not too tough after reading the student guides and doing all the case studies.
I did really like all the material, I was re-reading some of the student guide and I think they will become a great first step when I need to look at best practices for designing something. I already have a full access layer redesign planned for work. It will tie in with a big NAC deployment we are doing, so might as well do it right!
Thanks for the support,

liquid6 Member Posts: 77 ■■□□□□□□□□dynamik: I have made a commitment to do no "structured" study until January, but the goals are CCIP, then hopefully onto CCIE. I still haven't decided which exam to do, QoS/BGP/MPLS. Any ideas?

ITdude Member Posts: 1,181 ■■■□□□□□□□I would hit QoS first and then think about whether to do the composite or separate BGP and MPLS exams. FWIW.
Good idea about no structured study till January as you will be probably busy with diaper duty!I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.

ITdude Member Posts: 1,181 ■■■□□□□□□□I thought about mentioning that option too but I don't think voice is his thing.I usually hang out on 224.0.0.10 (FF02::A) and 224.0.0.5 (FF02::5) when I'm in a non-proprietary mood.
