Cable Management Software
I am looking for some cable management software (recording the various patch routes that will let me record the end to end / hop to hop circuit information) as opposed to keeping the cabinets nice and tidy.
Any recomendations of where I might look for ideas ? What software do you guys use to keep track of this ?

Most of my clients just use Excel or Access. One of the largest wrote a custom ASP.NET app. I don't know of any commercial ones, but if anyone does that would be great. -

Visio for rack/logical diagrams yes, but it gets a bit nuts when you have 5+ cables coming out of each server and 42 in a rack to track it all with Visio.
