Lifehacker today referenced a Careerbuilder article covering some of the things that should and should not be on a resume. Worth a read for you job-seekers out there. It also refences the most searched for keywords to make your resume more searchable.
Treat people as if they were what they ought to be, and you help them become what they are capable of being.
