Just to confirm, you have a W2K3 domain controller and you want to add a W2K8 terminal server to the domain?

If that's the case I cant see any problems assuming you aint got any NT domain contollers and your functioning levels are set appropiatley. It should be just a case of running dcpromo /forstprep and /domainprep. Then you can build the W2K8 server, add it to your domain and begin configuring the terminal server roles. The hardest aspect of building a TS in my opinion is deciding how to lock it down using GPOs without restricting the remote users too much.
next up SharePoint... what's that all about!
