"Practitioner" is a distinction that exists only in ITIL v2. In ITIL v3 the equivalent of "Practitioner" is called "Intermediate Level", which has topic areas covering content specific to what are now called the "Lifecycle and Capability Streams" in ITIL v3.

In both cases, the foundation certificate is a pre-requisite. In v2 in order to take a v2 practitioner class, one must have earned the v2 foundation certificate. In v3, in order to earn a v3 intermediate certification, one must hold a v3 foundation certificate.

Part of the reason you don't see the "next exam" here is because the intermediate exams have not yet been released.

With all due respect and no malice intended, this isn't a matter of picking the "next exam" from a list and completing it.

Some of the classes for v3 capability and lifecycle streams are finally starting to appear (= the intermediate level which is now equivalent to practitioner). For example, see http://www.hp.com/education/sections/itsm.html#capability

Exin (the link you've provided) is one of the ITIL exam providers. They won't have an exam available for intermediate level until it is released to them.

In v2, practitioner exams were never publicly available in this manner. One had to take the associated practitioner class in order to take the practitioner exam at the end. In v3, there is debate over whether the intermediate exams will be directly available, or if they will also require a class. In my opinion, they probably will not make them directly available without having completed the associated class.
