Microsoft Application Virtualization 4.5 RTMs

Not too sure if anyone on TE cares about it or uses it in their environment, but the latest version of App-V (formerly SoftGrid) has just RTM'd. This version has been in development almost since Microsoft acquired Softricity 2 years ago and brings awesome features to the table (but still no 64-bit support!).

For those of you who don't know what application virtualization is here is a nice summary:
A core benefit of application virtualization is that each application is isolated from other applications on the workstation. This eliminates the possibility of the applications conflicting with each other and causing user down time. This in turn eliminates the need for IT administrators to test all of their applications together to identify these conflicts.
