I'm able to ping the switch from the router, but not from
Hi, I'm at work right now and this happen to one of our office. I'm not able to access one of the computers on the office, so I try to ping the switch and router and I'm only getting reply from the router. SSH into the router and I ping the switch and the PC and I'm getting reply from router. Any ideas why I'm able to ping from the router but not from the outside. Thanks

With what little info you gave i would guess the switch does not have a default gateway configured.Networking, sometimes i love it, mostly i hate it.Its all about the $$$$ -
amb1s1 Member Posts: 408Is there any way I can remote from the router to the switch using SSH because we have access list for blocking Telnet.

amb1s1,
What are the relationships between the following elements?- YOUR PC
- The router
- The switch
- THE OTHER PC
Also, what do you mean by "...from the outside...?" -
