It comes across more of a skill sheet than a resume to be honest.

I would certainly leave out the OBJECTIVES bit. It's obvious from your applying for the role and it comes across as needy. Always a good thing but many people never do it because the teachers, resume advice websites and companies never seem to suggest it but, a few lines about you and your working self. This profile section is the first thing they read after your name and is your sales pitch to make them actually want to read the rest of it. No more than 3-4 lines.

The Profile section is a hard one for people to get right but once you do, it makes for an awsome first introduction and gets you put on the "keeper" pile of resumes rather than the "in the bin" pile.

Also, for each job, a few sentances about what the role was rather than the abilites required for the role which you seem to have done. Then a few short indented bullet points about how you excelled in each role.

Skill sheets are good as an attachement last page after the actual resume itself so they don't have to read it. Either that or you can turn it into general sentances in your cover letter.

However, skill sheets tell you nothing about the potential employee. The skill sheets of most people applying for the same job will probably be pretty much the same anyway so you need to show them the standard of employee they could be getting.
