A+/Net+ card holders

I am rushing headlong into Net+ after getting my A+.

To those of you who hold one or both and are jobsearching. What has been the reaction by prsspective employers?

I have heard by some cynics that A+ means little, others say certs in general don't have much pull. I had an interview and mentioned that I had passed one half of the A+ test(at the time) and they were pretty interested.(the IT department was pretty much self taught).

I am not job searching but I can tell you experience is almost everything. Certs are there for the person with experience to demonstrate what he/she knows.....For the person who told you certs have no pull, he must be out of a job.
