Anyway to capture audio from CBT Nuggets?

Has anyone figured out a proper way to capture the CBT nugget and put that onto a cd?

I'd like to brainwash myself and listen to the lectures in the car, while I sleep and eat..

I tried using sound capture apps but they only work of mic input or http links.

There's probably some app that'll rip it right out of the video, but you could always just connect your line out to your line in and record it.

theres also some apps that will just cut an MP3 from whatever your sound card is playing. Or rip from the wmv or whatever nuggets are in
