Having Problems with my MCSA..

hi everyone im new to this, i just want to ask people who have passed their tests on so on, what is the best approach to take when taking these exams, because i took a mock and found it really hard, its like the test has nothing that i studied in my book, please help !!!

i am currently using the microsoft offical course book, 2285b 'installing, configuring and administering Microsoft Windows XP professional'. The practice tests i used were mesaure up but my voucher has now gone out of date.

The official course books aren't very good. Try the Microsoft self paced training kit.

I agree w/ Technowiz. I used the MOck books for 70-291 and I found it too easy, then I took the MSPress Book. I can tell you those are way more challeger than the mock one.
Good luck on 70-270close to MCSA!!
